What are you buying?
You are buying The complete pool handbook, an e-book in PDF format. It is written in Dutch and is not translated. It is a digital product without a physical carrier. Nothing is shipped. The content is general information for owners of private pools. It does not replace advice from an installer or pool technician. For chemicals and equipment, always follow the manufacturer’s instructions as well.
Price and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. You see the amount and the VAT on the order page and in your confirmation email. You pay through Mollie, with a payment method you choose on the payment page. Your order is final once your payment has succeeded.
Delivery
Right after payment you get a download link on the thank-you page and by email. The link works for a limited time and a limited number of downloads. Your confirmation email says how long and how many times. If your link has expired, request a new one on the site with the email address of your order.
Personal copy
Every e-book is a personal copy. Your order number and email address are on its pages. You may use the e-book for yourself and for your own pool. Reselling, sharing or publishing the file is not allowed. The copyright stays with AlphaNext B.V.
Right of withdrawal
For a digital product that you want to download right away, you no longer have a right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) once delivery begins. That is the moment you start the download. You expressly agree to this when you order, and you get this confirmation in your email as well. Want to cancel before you have started the download? Email us as soon as possible.
Complaints and problems
Does the download not work, is the file damaged, or is something wrong with your order? Email contact@zwembadwijzer.nl with your order number. We will fix it as soon as we can, for example with a new link or a new file. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain in place.

Dutch law applies to these terms and to your order.
